Truth Exposed:  

Who created the heavens and the earth?  God?  God who?  God the Father?  Nope.  That’s what we believe when we read Gen. 1:1, but the truth is found in John 1:1-5.  The WORD created everything, and the WORD is another name of Jesus!  Take John 1:1-5 and line it up beside Gen 1:1-5, it meshes beautifully, and creation is completely explained.  Col 1:15-17 confirms this.  Remarkable.  We read and read but comprehension alludes us.  Scripture confirms itself over and over and over, we just need to read it with the mind of Christ.  Unless Holy Spirit enlightens us, we will never get it.  As Jesus said, “ask, and it will be given to you . . .”
