Truth Exposed:  

Eph 5:22-33 is an excellent section on how to treat your spouse, but to my mind it also reverberates with the 2^nd greatest commandment – love your neighbor as yourself.  So, my question is:  how do I love myself?  Do I pray for myself?  Do I respect myself by not using bad language or telling off color jokes?  Do I honor myself by modest clothing?  Do I lie to myself about my behaviors and attitudes?  Do I give myself mercy and grace when needed?  Do I abuse myself with bad physical habits and negative, ugly thinking?  Do I respect boundaries?  Everything I do is played out in how I treat others.  How do I love myself?
