Truth Exposed: Grace
Matthew 1 is very enlightening: it lists 4 women of questionable character, 2 of which were pagans, and 1 single, pregnant girl. All 5 women were outside the bounds of “lawful” Judaism. By law, all 5 should have been stoned. What a list for the heritage of Messiah. But for grace. This chapter alone shows us that God can, and does, use everything to his glory, in spite of man’s laws.
