Truth Exposed: Multiplication
Genesis 1:22 gives us the first command issued by God to man: be fruitful and multiply. He repeats it again in Genesis 9:1, 35:11; Leviticus 26:9, among many others. Adam, Eve, and Noah all walked with God at one point; they knew him, so the mandate was not to simply populate the earth but populate the Kingdom as well. Simply filling the world with people serves no purpose, but being fruitful in the spirit gives glory to God and fills the eternal Kingdom. Matthew 28:19-20. How’s the nursery coming along?
