Truth Exposed: Generosity #2
Acts 4:32-37 talks about the Believers sharing their goods and wealth with others. The Acts 4:36-37 reveals Barnabbas giving money to the apostles from A field that he owned; apparently he had several. He did not sell all his fields, only one. God does not want us to go bankrupt, but to share as we can, with joy and thanksgiving. 2 Corinthians 9:7 says that God loves a cheerful giver. Giving is an act of worship. (in some methodist churches in Africa, the people dance and sing on their way to the altar to present their offerings. Beautiful!) Ref: Generosity.
