Truth-Exposed: Dance
Dance: the movement of the body in a rhythmic way. Dancing is fun and exuberant, but it can also be very personal and intimate. Jeremiah 31:3 suggests to me that we are being invited to dance with the Lord; I have drawn you to me with my love. Verse 13 confirms it. The Song of Solomon is a very intimate dance of lovers, as is our walk with the Lord. In our spiritual walk/dance, we are called to move to the rhythm of the Lord God, and no other.
