Truth Exposed: Divorce
In most modern translations, Matt 19:9, tells us divorce and remarrying are sins. In doing biblical word searches we find a twist. In the original Aramaic, the term is “put away,” which means to cast off without the official divorce document. Without the document, the woman is simply a married woman having affairs, thus the adultery label. With an official document, you are now considered single and may remarry.
