Truth Exposed: Word
John 1:1 tells us who Jesus is: the Word. This is a name, not a title. The Greek is logos and its meaning is huge: a conception or idea uttered by a living voice; the sayings of God; a decree or mandate; moral precepts; a declared thought; doctrine or teaching; personal wisdom; ministry in creation; the divine reason or plan which coordinates a changing universe. JESUS MESSIAH. The Word is immense.
