Truth Exposed:  plague #2

In reading about the plagues in Exodus 7-12, some interesting things came to light.  The first 2 plagues, blood and frogs, were duplicated by the Egyptian magicians.  This means that both plagues were now doubled in intensity.  Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!  Also, the first 3 plagues were also visited on the Hebrews in Goshen.  Did they need reminded of the one, true God?  It was not until the 4^th plague that the Hebrews were saved from any further miseries.  Each plague wasn’t just an attack to get their attention but was a direct assault against a specific Egyptian god.  Something to think about.
