How would you describe God? Think about this for a minute. God is:
- Holy - 1 Peter 1:16, Leviticus 19:2, Isaiah 6:3
- Righteous - Psalm 145:17, Isaiah 5:16, Psalm 119:137
- Merciful - Ephesians 2:4, 2 Corinthians 1:3, Romans 9:15
- Forgiving - Ephesians 1:7, Daniel 9:9, 1 John 1:9
- Just - Deut 32:4, Psalm 33:5, Isaiah 30:18
But would you call God:
- A Hater - Proverbs 6:16-19, Psalm 5:5-6
- An Avenger - Romans 12:19, 1 Thessalonians 4:6
- A Disciplinarian - Hebrews 12:5-6. Revelation 3:19, 1 Corinthians 11:32
- My Spouse - Isaiah 54:5
And so much more. God is everything. What can you add to this list? Who is God to you?
