In the previous 3 blogs on trust, each one had a different aspect; so will this one. In Isaiah 36:4-5, the king of Assyria asks the questions: “What are you trusting in that makes you so confident? . . . Who are you counting on that you have rebelled against me?” Wow! Who? Psalm 20:7, Psalm 56:3-4, Psalm 9:10, Psalm 118:8, and Nahum 1:7 are just a few examples of trust in the scriptures; the Psalms are repeat the theme of trust over and over. Who do you have trust and confidence in, to the point that you can stand firm and defy sin and ungodliness?
